All about helmets
Helmets help protect the head and lower the chance of injury.

In Ontario, children up to 18 years of age are required by law to wear bike helmets while riding their bikes. Adults should wear a helmet too. Many experts recommend that children wear a properly fitted helmet for other activities/sports, such as: skiing, tobogganing, in-line skating, and skateboarding
