Party In The Right Sprit

Every year young people prepare for parties and celebrations with great expectations. Sometimes the pressure to have the "best time ever" is so strong that alcohol and drugs get in the way and injuries, assaults, or motor vehicle collisions happen.

Toronto Public Health provides workshops for university/college students using an innovative peer education approach to increase student awareness and safety planning skills related to partying.

The interactive workshops focus on the following topics:
  1. Host liability and reducing legal consequences
  2. Risk reduction strategies
  3. Reducing impairment and associated risks
