Feeding your children is not always easy. All parents and caregivers need help sometimes.

The Peer Nutrition Program provides education and support to help you provide quick and healthy meals for your children.
a line What is the Peer Nutrition Program?
The Peer Nutrition Program is a free Toronto Public Health nutrition education program offered to parents and caregivers from ethnically and culturally diverse communities in Toronto.
The Peer Nutrition Program:
  • is led by trained Community Nutrition Educators (peer workers)
  • is offered in different languages
  • is supported by Registered Dietitians
  • provides child care
  • provides gift certificates for healthy foods
  • provides culturally adapted translated resources

Who is it for?
This free program is for parents and caregivers of children 6 months to 6 years of age.
