Dental Services for Your Patients
Your patients may be able to receive free dental care at one of our dental clinics. To be eligible, patients must live in Toronto and cannot afford to pay for a dentist. Our services are offered to children (0-17 years), parents enrolled in selected Toronto Public Health programs, and seniors (65 years and older).
To make a referral call 3-1-1 or contact the clinic directly.
People who do not meet our eligibility criteria may be able to receive dental care for a reduced cost at another facility. Staff at our dental clinics speak many languages.
Dental claims - for dentists and dental hygienists
Toronto Public Health processes and administers claims for Children In Need Of Treatment (CINOT), Healthy Smiles Ontario (HSO) and Ontario Works (OW). For CINOT/HSO dental claims, call 416-392-0946 and for OW dental claims, call 416-392-7453.
