The Research Group on Drug Use (RGDU) releases the Drug Use in Toronto report.
The report provides on overview of the use of recreational drugs and highlights key issues relevant to local drug use and prevention.
The RGDU was formed in 1989. The group has representatives from more than 20 agencies who meet monthly to share information regarding emerging issues and local substance use. Founding members include the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario, the Toronto Police Service and Toronto Public Health.
