Congratulations, you have decided to quit!
Here are some things that will help make a plan. Having a plan greatly increases your chances of success.

Remember quitting takes time. For some people it takes five to seven times to quit for life. If, during your quit, you slip and smoke a cigarette or two, don't feel bad. It happens. Look at what happened and learn from it. Keep going and you will succeed.
