Meet our partners
In addition to well-defined partnerships with other City Divisions, we work
with many community agencies to deliver the Streets to Homes program.
Together we provide ongoing supports and assistance
to help people get settled into their new homes.
New services come on stream frequently and include outreach to homeless people
leaving the criminal justice system.
