Reporting forms
The Shelter, Support and Housing Administration Division (SSHA) requires all funded service providers to report on specific service and outcome data. These data assist the SSHA in its role as a service manager, and provide information to report to City Council and the Province.

Reporting is carried out using three types of reports that ask specific questions. The Quarterly report collects client and service level data. The Interim report facilitates a mid-year check-in of projects and asks about service trends, and the Final report asks for an accounting of activities and funding and asks about service trends. A guidebook is available to assist agencies with answering questions. Please review the reporting schedule for the submission of each of these reports.

Training
The Toronto Hostels Training Centre offers a Drop-in Service Skills Training Certificate. The certificate includes workshops in making effective community referrals and building and maintaining groups. For more information, go to thtcentre.com.

Toronto Drop-in Network
The Toronto Drop-In Network (TDIN) is an active coalition of 45+ drop-in centres working with people who are homeless, marginally housed or socially isolated in Toronto. The Network includes drop-ins of all sizes and diverse philosophies serving men, women, youth, seniors and families. Member agencies are located throughout the City of Toronto.

TDIN works to increase the capacity of Toronto's drop-in centres to serve their clients through training, communication, coordination, advocacy and engagement with other member agencies, related service providers and government.
