  Notice is given that the Solid Waste Management Services Division is proposing that the Council of the City of Toronto pass a by-law to increase the fee for residual waste from $70.00 per tonne to $75.00 per tonne and for tires from $110.00 per tonne to $150.00 per tonne at the City's Transfer Station sites, and to decrease the fee for clean fill at City of Toronto closed landfill sites from $30.00 per load to $20.00 per load.
