  The Council of the City of Toronto is proposing to pass by-laws to amend Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 441, Fees, regarding the establishment of a new class of Preliminary Project Review service, the establishment of a new class of fee for the provision of Building Activity Reports, and the establishment of a new class of fee for the provision of inspection services. Proposed seasonal fee increase at Toronto transfer station sites
  The Solid Waste Management Services Division is proposing that Toronto City Council pass a by-law to increase the fee for residual (non-recyclable) waste from the current rate of $70.00 per tonne to $95.00 per tonne at the City's transfer station sites during the seasonal peak period from March 15 to July 15.
