The Solid Waste Management Services Division is proposing that Toronto City Council pass a by-law to increase the fee for residual (non-recyclable) waste from the current rate of $70.00 per tonne to $95.00 per tonne at the City's transfer station sites during the seasonal peak period from March 15 to July 15. |
