Committee Room 1, City Hall, 100 Queen Street West The Transportation Services Division is proposing that Toronto City Council pass a by-law to install bicycle lanes on both sides of Cosburn Avenue from Broadview Avenue to Oak Park Avenue. The installation of bicycle lanes on Cosburn Avenue will generally result in a reduction from four to two traffic lanes, with exclusive left turn lanes provided at signalized intersections, and parking allowed on one side of the roadway. At its meeting to be held in Committee Room 1, 2nd floor, Toronto City Hall, on Tuesday September 14, 2004, the Toronto and East York Community Council will hear in person or by his or her counsel, agent or solicitor, any person who wishes to speak to the matter. This item is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
