	Planning and Transportation Committee Meeting of November 7, 2005
	The Council of the City of Toronto proposes to amend the hours of operation for Body Rub Parlours; hours of operation of Holistic and Traditional Medicine Establishments; to include those associations to be recognized as Professional Holistic Associations for the purposes of licensing holistic practitioners and owners; and to regulate entertainment facilities in the City of Toronto including but not limited to introduction of a new classification: Entertainment Establishment - Nightclub. 	The Council of the City of Toronto proposes to add a new user fee for the issuance of a Photo Identification Card of a certified food handler and to increase user fees for food handler training and certification; and to amend Certification of Food Handlers; Identification of Certified Food Handlers; and Refreshment Vehicles By-laws. 	Joint Planning and Transportation and Works Committees Meeting of November 30, 2005
	The Joint Committee will review two separate reports to increase fees related to development applications. The first report recommends an increase in building permit fees and the second report proposes to raise engineering fees for subdivision applications.
