  The Council of the City of Toronto propose to pass a by-law to amend Municipal Code Chapter 441, Fees, to adopt a user fee in relation to polling. Effective January 1, 2007 a fee of $600.00 per 400 notices (or $125.00 per 100 notices), will be implemented for each poll that is required as a condition to approving any application made by private individuals, corporations, businesses, community or professional organizations and associations.
