Administration Committee Meeting of July 4, 2006 The City Solicitor is proposing that the Council of the City of Toronto pass a by-law to amend Municipal Code Chapter 441, Fees, to adopt user fees for real estate services provided by the City Solicitor to outside parties. Meeting of June 6, 2006 The Council of the City of Toronto proposes to pass a by-law to adopt a new user fee of per assessment roll number per taxation year to produce a Tax Calculation Statement for commercial, industrial and multi-residential tax accounts, and to increase the current user fee per producing a Tax Payment Details/Detailed Tax Statement for assessment roll number per taxation year for taxation years 1998 and later, and to increase the current user fee per assessment roll number per taxation year for taxation years prior to 1998.
