The Council of the City of Toronto proposes to amend the certain bylaws by recommending that City Council delegate to the Executive Director of the Municipal Licensing and Standards Division the authority to establish Examining Panels and select members; and amend the Toronto Municipal Code, Licensing, to give effect to the above recommendation and to delete relevant provisions of Article XXXIII relating to the licensing of electrical contractors and master electricians; and amend and delete relevant provisions of Article XXXIV relating to the examining of master plumber examinations, as well as adding certain provisions regarding examinations of drain layers.
