One (1) Foot Reserves located on the north side of Eglinton Avenue West between Etobicoke Creek and Renforth Drive, being Part 2 on Plan 43R-13337, Blocks 17, 18, 19 and 20 on Plan 43M-793 and Part 2 on Plan 43R-14617, also shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2009-080, Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2009-081 and Parts 1 and 3 on Sketch No. PS-2009-082a. The property has an area of approximately 345.3 m² (3,716.8 ft²). The City proposes to convey the property to the City of Mississauga for nominal consideration.

2. Portion of the public highway known as Indian Line between Eglinton Avenue West and Renforth Drive, being part of the road allowance between the Townships of Etobicoke and Toronto Gore, designated as Part 1 on Plan 66R-24324, also shown as Part 1 on Sketch PS-2009-078, conditional upon City Council approving the closure of the highway. The highway has an area of approximately 2,654.9 m² (28,577.1 ft²). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase the highway from the City of Mississauga.

3. Portion of the public highway known as the north side of Eglinton Avenue West between Orbiter Drive and Spectrum Way, being Part 1 on Plan 43R-13337, Blocks 11, 12 and 13 on Plan 43M-793 and Part 3 on Plan 43R-14617, also shown as Part 2 on Sketch PS-2009-080, Part 2 on Sketch PS-2009-081 and Parts 2 and 4 on Sketch PS-2009-082a, conditional upon City Council approving the closure of the highway. The highway has an area of approximately 15,337.5 m² (165,091.5 ft²). The City proposes to convey the highway to the City of Mississauga for nominal consideration.
