NOTICE is given that in accordance with the City's real estate disposal by-law, the following properties were declared surplus on January 12, 2010:
1. The public laneway extending southerly from Adelaide Street West, abutting the westerly limit of 299 Adelaide West, shown as Parts 1 to 3 on No. PS-2008-068, conditional upon City Council approving the permanent closure of the laneway. The laneway has an area of approximately 238.5 m² (2,567.2 ft²). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase the laneway from the adjacent owner.
2. The public laneway extending southerly from Adelaide Street West adjoining the east limit of 295 Adelaide Street West, shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2008-089, conditional upon City Council approving the permanent closure of the laneway. The laneway has an area of approximately 35.6 m² (383.20 ft²). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase the laneway from the adjoining owner.
