Notice is given that the Council of the City of Toronto proposes to pass a by-law to permanently close a portion of the public highway in the Scarborough Community Council area.
The Council of the City of Toronto proposes to pass a by-law to permanently close a portion of the public highway, Hymus Road, designated as Part 3 on Sketch No. PS-2010-052.
At its meeting to be held in the Scarborough Civic Centre on April 17, 2012 commencing at 1:30 p.m., the Scarborough Community Council will hear in person or by his or her counsel, agent or solicitor, any person who wishes to speak to this matter.
