NOTICE is given that in accordance with the City's real estate disposal by-law, the following properties were declared surplus:
1. On March 26, 2012, substrata portions of Sunnydene Park containing and including the existing storm/sanitary sewer pipes, shown as Parts 6, 8, 10, 12 & 14 on a draft reference plan dated November 29, 2011 by I.M. Pastushak Ltd. and an easement interest over Parts 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 & 15 on the Draft Plan, for access and maintenance of the Strata Lands. The parcel has an area of approximately 436.6 m² (4,664.2 ft²). The City proposes that the intended manner of disposal to be by way of a land exchange with the owner of 1900 Bayview Avenue pursuant to which the City's existing access easement across part of the Owner's lands will be widened to provide improved access to the adjacent City-owned valley lands.
2. On March 26, 2012, vacant land known as 90 Ward Street, being Block F on Plan M213 and shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2003-063, subject to retaining an easement over the property for a City watermain and granting an easement to Toronto Hydro and Bell Canada to protect existing infrastructure. The parcel has an area of approximately 1,339 m² (14,413.3 ft²). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase from the owner of 80 Ward Street.
