NOTICE is given that in accordance with the City's real estate disposal by-law, the following properties were declared surplus:
1. On November 29, 2011, 2398 Yonge Street, shown as Part 1 on Sketch PS-2011-081, for the purpose of extending the term of the lease to the existing tenant, Anne Johnston Health Centre, which extension would result in a cumulative lease term in excess of 21 years. The property has an area of approximately 1,333.5 m² (14,354 ft²) (0.28 acres).
2. On January 19, 2012, a portion of the Bloor Street West Road Allowance abutting 2490 Bloor Street West and extending east of Old Mill Drive, shown as Part 2 on Sketch No. PS-2011-109. The parcel has an area of approximately 17.6 m² (189.5 ft²). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase the portion of the highway from the owner of the adjacent lands, identified as 2464, 2474, 2490 and 2500 Bloor Street West, which may be effected by way of the land exchange.
