Notice is given that the Planning and Growth Management Committee will be considering proposed amendments to City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 694, Signs, General to:
- implement a Signage Master Plan for the premises known as 933 Dixon Road, which would allow a third party ground sign displaying electronic static copy, of a maximum height of 13.7 metres, containing a single sign face with a total sign face area of 62.5 square metres on the condition that existing third party signs are removed from the premises municipally known as 933 Dixon Road, and 115 Belfield Road, as well as the portion of the premises commonly known as the Weston Subdivision south-west of the intersection of Martin Grove Road and Bethridge Road;
- add additional site specific restrictions to section 694-24, to restrict the display or erection of third party signs on the premises known as 115 Belfield Road and the portion of the premises which is approximately 155 metres south of Bethridge road and approximately 9.0 metres east of Martin Grove Road.
At its special meeting to be held in Toronto City Hall, Committee Room 2, on June 11, 2012, commencing at 2 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, the Planning and Growth Management Committee of Toronto City Council will hear in person or by his or her counsel, agent or solicitor, any person who wishes to speak to the matter.
