Notice is given that the Planning and Growth Management Committee will be considering a proposed amendment to City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 694, Signs, General, to implement Signage Master Plans to permit, in addition to first party signs currently permitted, the display of third party wall signs, as follows:

  • 1678 Bloor Street West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 18.00 metres, and maximum sign face area of 111.50 m² - to be located on the westerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 869/871 Queen Street West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 6.80 metres, and maximum sign face area of 44.80 m² - to be located on the westerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 940 Queen Street West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 9.10 metres, and maximum sign face area of 20.30 m² - to be located on the easterly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 352 Adelaide Street West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 9.40 metres, and maximum sign face area of 43.80 m² - to be located on the westerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 118 Peter Street - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 10.50 metres, and maximum sign face area of 43.80 m² - to be located on the northerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 452 Richmond Street West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 9.30 metres, and maximum sign face area of 44.50 m² - to be located on the easterly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 101 Spadina Avenue - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 7.20 metres, and maximum sign face area of 41.0 m² - to be located on the northerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 185 Spadina Avenue - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 22.40 metres, and maximum sign face area of 65.30 m² - to be located on the northerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 1944 Yonge Street - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 21.50 metres, and maximum sign face area of 69.20 m² - to be located on the northerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 18 Wanless Avenue - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 19.30 metres, and maximum sign face area of 77.40 m² - to be located on the northerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 568 Church Street - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 6.49 metres, and maximum sign face area of 60.0 m² - to be located on the northerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 71/73 King Street East - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 12.80 metres, and maximum sign face area of 44.20 m² - to be located on the westerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 22 Sheppard Street - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 16.90 metres, and maximum sign face area of 69.20 m² - to be located on the southerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 323 Richmond Street East - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 25.10 metres, and maximum sign face area of 77.40 m² - to be located on the easterly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 1577 Danforth Avenue - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 17.30 metres, and maximum sign face area of 77.40 m² - to be located on the easterly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 985 College Street - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 6.90 metres, and maximum sign face area of 27.60 m² - to be located on the westerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 450 Bathurst Street - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 10.00 metres, and maximum sign face area of 44.90 m² - to be located on the northerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 805 Bloor Street West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 14.00 metres, and maximum sign face area of 44.50 m² - to be located on the westerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 235 Danforth Avenue - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 15.70 metres, and maximum sign face area of 44.50 m² - to be located on the westerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 174 Spadina Avenue - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 22.00 metres, and maximum sign face area of 111.50 m² - to be located on the southerly elevation of the structure located on the premises; and, a third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 22.00 metres, and maximum sign face area of 54.0 m² - to be located on the northerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;

At its meeting to be held in Toronto City Hall, Committee Room 2, on June 11, 2012 commencing at 2 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, the Planning and Growth Management Committee of Toronto City Council will hear in person or by his or her counsel, agent or solicitor, any person who wishes to speak to the matter.

Any comments received after the Committee meeting will be processed to Council.

If this matter is deferred at the Committee meeting or Council meeting or considered at a subsequent Committee or Council meeting, no additional notice will be provided other than the information on the subsequent Committee or Council agenda.
