Notice is given that the Planning and Growth Management Committee will be considering a proposed amendment to City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 694, Signs, General, to implement Signage Master Plans to permit, in addition to first party signs currently permitted, the display of third party wall signs, as follows:

  • 254 Adelaide Street West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 9.14 metres, and maximum sign face area of 70.76 square meters - to be located on the westerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 92 Avenue Road - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 9.80 metres, and maximum sign face area of 37.21 square meters - to be located on the southerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 165 Avenue Road - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 9.92 metres, and maximum sign face area of 55.75 square meters - to be located on the southerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 464 Bathurst Street- A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 7.90 metres, and maximum sign face area of 106.58 square meters - to be located on the southerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 344 Bloor Street West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 21.40 metres, and maximum sign face area of 60.35 square meters - to be located on the easterly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 387 Bloor Street East - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 20.88 metres, and maximum sign face area of 82.82 square meters - to be located on the easterly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 481 Church Street - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 10.37 metres, and maximum sign face area of 36.34 square meters - to be located on the southerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 518 Church Street - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 8.71 metres, and maximum sign face area of 55.75 square meters - to be located on the southerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 2299 Dundas Street West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 14.90 metres, and maximum sign face area of 82.81 square meters - to be located on the northerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 359 Davenport Road - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 10.25 metres, and maximum sign face area of 35.14 square meters - to be located on the northerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 20 Eglinton Avenue East - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 15.63 metres, and maximum sign face area of 62.32 square meters - to be located on the westerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 161 Eglinton Avenue East - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 27.23 metres, and maximum sign face area of 106.58 square meters - to be located on the easterly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 1220 Eglinton Avenue West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 6.20 metres, and maximum sign face area of 62.47 square meters - to be located on the westerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 335 King Street West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 6.90 metres, and maximum sign face area of 62.47 square meters - to be located on the westerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 76 Lombard Street - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 11.08 metres, and maximum sign face area of 92.90 square meters - to be located on the easterly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 276 Queen Street West - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 12.92 metres, and maximum sign face area of 62.47 square meters - to be located on the easterly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 24 Spadina Avenue - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 12.09 metres, and maximum sign face area of 92.90 square meters - to be located on the southerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 455 Spadina Avenue - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 11.06 metres, and maximum sign face area of 55.75 square meters - to be located on the northerly elevation of the structure located on the premises;
  • 2160 Yonge Street - A third party wall sign displaying static copy, of a maximum height of 12.50 metres, and maximum sign face area of 66.92 square meters - to be located on the southerly elevation of the structure located on the premises.

At its meeting to be held in Toronto City Hall, Committee Room 2, on June 11, 2012 commencing at 2 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, the Planning and Growth Management Committee of Toronto City Council will hear in person or by his or her counsel, agent or solicitor, any person who wishes to speak to the matter.

Any comments received after the Committee meeting will be processed to Council.

If this matter is deferred at the Committee meeting or Council meeting or considered at a subsequent Committee or Council meeting, no additional notice will be provided other than the information on the subsequent Committee or Council agenda. Please contact the above City officials if you require notice in these cases.
