NOTICE is given that in accordance with the City's real estate disposal by-law, the following properties were declared surplus:
1. On June 18, 2012, the Don Mills Civitan Arena, municipally known as 1030 Don Mills Road, being part of Block A and F, Plan 4545, and shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Sketch No. PS-2012-010. The property has an area of approximately 5,059 m² (54,454.62 ft²). The City proposes the intended manner of disposal to be by way of a land exchange with C/F Realty Holdings Inc. or its City-approved nominee.
2. On June 18, 2012, the lands located at the northwest corner of Don Mills Road and The Donway West, designated as Part 19 on Plan 66R-25039, and shown as Part 5 on Sketch No. PS-2012-010, conditional upon the City becoming owner of the property. The parcel has an area of approximately 4,331 m² (46,648.50 ft²). The City proposes the intended manner of disposal to be by way of the City granting a 49-year lease of the property to C/F Realty Holdings Inc. or its City-approved nominee.
