At its meeting to be held in the Council Chamber, Etobicoke Civic Centre, 399 The West Mall, Etobicoke, on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, commencing at 9:30 a.m., the Etobicoke York Community Council will hear in person or by his or her counsel, agent or solicitor, any person who wishes to speak on a request for front yard parking at 137 Alberta Avenue.

The owner of 137 Alberta Avenue submitted an application for front yard parking and was advised that the property is not eligible for front yard parking since the property is located on the same side of the street as on-street parking permits and is less than 90% allocated and the property does not meet the minimum 'soft' landscaping requirements of Chapter 918 of the Toronto Municipal Code.

City staff is recommending that Etobicoke York Community Council refuse the application sine it does not meet the requirements of Chapter 918 of the Toronto Municipal Code.
