At its meeting to be held in the Council Chamber, Etobicoke Civic Centre, 399 The West Mall, Etobicoke, on May 15, 2012, commencing at 9:30 a.m., the Etobicoke York Community Council will hear in person or by his or her counsel, agent or solicitor, any person who wishes to speak on a request for residential boulevard parking at 34 Woodside Avenue in Ward 13.
The owner of 34 Woodside Avenue submitted an application for residential boulevard parking on Fairview Avenue, and was advised that the property is not eligible for residential boulevard parking since there are on-street parking permits on both sides of Fairview Avenue, between Woodside Avenue and Annette Street.
City staff is recommending that Etobicoke York Community Council refuse the application since it does not meet the requirements of Chapter 918 of the Toronto Municipal Code.
