NOTICE is given that in accordance with the City's real estate disposal by-law, on April 19th, 2012, portions of land adjacent to 5928-5930 Finch Avenue East described as a portion of the public highway adjacent to 5928-5930 Finch Avenue East, shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2012-007, conditional upon City Council approving the permanent closure of the highway, and a portion of land adjacent to 5928-5930 Finch Avenue East, shown as Part 2 on Sketch No. PS-2012-007, were declared surplus. Part 1 has an area of approximately 877.2 m² ± (2,877.9 ft² ±) and Part 2 has an area of approximately 1,008.0 m² ± (10,850.4 ft² ±). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase from the adjoining owner at 5928-5930 Finch Avenue East.
