NOTICE is given that in accordance with the City's real estate disposal by-law, the following properties were declared surplus:

1. On May 17, 2012, green space located on part of 591 Dundas Street East, part of Block 9 on Subdivision Plan, and shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2011-041, subject to the City receiving the land from Toronto Community Housing Corporation through the planning process. The parcel has an area of approximately 1,424.5 m² (15,333 ft²). The City proposes that the intended manner of disposal to be by way of a land exchange between the City and the Toronto District School Board.

2. On May 17, 2012, part of the public lane abutting the rear of 21 Brockton Avenue shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2012-041, conditional upon City Council approving the permanent closure of the portion of the lane. The parcel has an area of approximately 53.6 m² (577.0 ft²). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase from the owner of 21 Brockton Avenue.

3. On May 17, 2012, vacant land municipally known as 25 Junction Road, being a portion of Cawthra Road on Plan 1136 as closed by By-Law 16948, also shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2012-042, subject to the retention of an easement over the entire parcel for a sewer, and watermain combined sewer. The parcel has an area of approximately 1,290.4 m² (13,890 ft²). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase from the adjoining owner of 43 Junction Road.

4. On May 17, 2012, vacant land located at the rear of 2522 Keele Street, save and except 1.44 metres along Maple Leaf Drive required for road widening, described as Lane, Plan 3784, closed by By-law 15000 registered as NY342318, also shown as Part 1 on Sketch No. PS-2012-045. The parcel has an area of approximately 253.1 m² (2,724 ft²). The City proposes to invite an offer to purchase from the owner of 2522 Keele Street.
