The City currently employs a team of four lawyers and 22 prosecutors responsible for the prosecution of a wide range of interesting and, at times, high profile offences committed under City bylaws and Provincial statutes. In handling its cases, the Prosecutions team fields a variety of legal issues including constitutional and Charter challenges. Prosecutions are conducted at the historic Old City Hall courthouse as well as three other court locations in the city.

- Strip Club and Body Rub Parlour offences
