Confirmation of Minutes

 

On motion by Barbara Ewles, the Minutes of the meeting of the Property Standards Committee held on April 14, 2009, were amended to include the following in the Minutes Instructions:

 

"Roberta Jennings in the Chair."

 

On motion by Martha Marini, Minutes of the meeting of the Property Standards Committee held on April 14, 2009, were confirmed, as amended.

The Property Standards Committee – Etobicoke York Panel approved the following regarding the Order to Comply dated March 10, 2009, issued under section 15.2(2) of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, Chapter 23, as amended, under Folder No. 09 115143 PRS 00 IV, by David Sala, Property Standards Officer, for 416 The Westway, Toronto:

 

1.         Confirmed Items 1, 2 and 3. The time to comply to these items only was extended to November 30, 2009; and

 

2.         Confirmed Items 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. The time to comply to these items only was extended to August 31, 2009.

 

The Property Standards Committee – Etobicoke York Panel approved the following regarding the Order to Comply dated March 10, 2009, issued under section 15.2(2) of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, Chapter 23, as amended, under Folder No. 09 115080 PRS 00 IV, by David Sala, Property Standards Officer, for 416 The Westway, Toronto:

 

1.         Confirmed Item 8; and

 

2.         Confirmed Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 11. The time to comply to these items only was extended to July 31, 2009.
