The purpose of this report is to advise on the results of the competitive procurement calls issued by the Purchasing and Materials Management Division and to recommend contract awards as outlined in this report.

That the Bid Committee grant authority to award Request for Proposal No. 9145-10-7119, in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the appendices of the report (November 18, 2010) from the Director, Purchasing and Materials Management, moved by Melissa Dennison:

1. Ipsos Reid (full-service research), for a total potential contract award of $1,869,840.00, net of HST Recoveries.

2. Pollara (field-and-tab research), for a total potential contract award of $801,360.00, net of HST Recoveries.

That the Bid Committee grant authority to award Request for Proposal No. 9144-10-7224, in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the appendices of the report (November 18, 2010) from the Director, Purchasing and Materials Management, moved by Debra Porter:

1. The Addmore Group Inc., for a total potential contract award of $2,111,520.00 net of HST Recoveries.

2. CSI Consulting, for a total potential contract award of $610,560.00 net of HST Recoveries.
