Municipal Licensing and Standards, Licensing Services, no longer conducts indirect collection and use of personal information for the purpose of collecting records from the Toronto Police Service.
This means Licensing Services will no longer require consent forms to be completed and sent to the Toronto Police Service for processing.
Please visit the Toronto Police Service's website to obtain your own Criminal Background Check to complete your business licence application or renewal. Please note that Licensing Services requires original Criminal Background Checks, copies will not be accepted.
