Any person wishing to sell fireworks in the City must submit an application to Municipal Licensing and Standards, Licensing Services in accordance with City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 466, Article X, Section 446-13 and submit required information and documentation and fee for the applicable fireworks vendor's permit.
