Toronto Long-Term Care Homes and Services strives to be the employer of choice in the Toronto area and believes that our employees are our most important resource. We are committed to providing continuing educational opportunities, professional development, a range of workplace health, wellness and safety initiatives and a variety of tools to communicate with and involve staff in knowledge building.
We believe that it is important to communicate regularly with our staff, and use newsletters as one means of regularly providing important information. Staff meetings, education sessions and written communications are also provided regularly in each home and in our community programs.
Our Homefront newsletter is issued quarterly and provides general news and important updates for staff in the 10 homes and our community programs.
