From November 2010 to Spring 2011, the City of Toronto and Waterfront Toronto will repair and revitalize the east dock wall at the Canada Malting Complex in order to create a new, vibrant promenade at the water's edge.

Local residents and businesses have been advised that this construction work will create noise disturbances during regular business hours. The City is working to minimize noise disturbances as much as possible. All work at the Canada Malting Silos is being carried out according to City noise bylaws.
