Grade 8 Youth Drop In
Are you going into grade nine next year? We want to help you develop healthy and positive relationships with tour community as you enter in the new world of grade 9. This is your opportunity to come and have a fun welcoming place to do their homework, meet new people, play some interactive games and sports. Enjoy a positive environment where we can integrate our future youth to the current youth in High school on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at McGregor Park CRC-Harrison Room. Older Youth Drop In

Youth Group
Youth to participate in events help organize events, to collect their volunteer hours, to fundraise money so that they are able to take part in exciting events over the summer time and throughout the school year. It’s a place for youth to be a voice in the community, to take part in and understand leadership, develop skills and commitment. Also for youth to have a place of social interaction and allow them to feel they have importance at McGregor Park CRC-Harrison Room. Learn to Play an Instrument
Music programs offer participants an opportunity to learn basic musical theories such as reading music and timing for keyboards, piano and guitar to various strings and woodwind instruments and vocal. Fitness Classes (Cardio, Youth Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi)
Cardio -Intense intervals of various cardio and conditioning exercises.
Yoga - Gentle exercises promoting flexibility, proper breathing and relaxation, while strengthening and toning the muscles.
Pilates - Exercise system which promotes the building of long, lean muscles, particularly focusing on the core muscles and lower body.

Learn to Lead and Leadership discovery
Leader in training programs allows participants to explore various leadership styles through in class practical experiences, and volunteerism. Upon program completion, participants will receive a certificate and will have the opportunity to apply for additional volunteer hours or part-time employment with the City of Toronto. Girls Yoga

Dorset Park P.S Sports Drop-in
Come on out and join us for sports filled fun at Dorset Park public school at 28 Blair Side Road, where having fun is what we do.
