Agendas

Agendas and reports for all committee or Council meetings are available about five business days before the meeting.

Click here to find previous agendas, reports and minutes from past committee or City Council meetings. When you click on the name of the committee or on City Council a monthly table is available with relevant links to agenda items, reports and minutes from previous meetings.

Decision documents

Decision documents are made public approximately five business days after the relevant committee or Council meeting. Decision documents indicate whether motions/reports were adopted, amended, deferred or referred to a committee, or sent back to staff during the meeting.

Monitor the status of items at committee meetings and City Council

The City's meeting monitor tool allows media and the public to monitor the status of agenda items at a standing committee, community council or City Council meeting while the meeting is in progress.

Information includes the title and reference number of a item that is currently being considered, time-specific information for scheduled items with registered speakers (deputations), and the status of items that have already been dealt with (adopted, amended, deferred or referred). The meeting monitor also identifies items that have been held for debate.

Motions and recorded votes

The Council Meeting Blog provides information on motions and lists recorded votes and decisions as they are made at City Council. Recorded votes are usually posted within 20 minutes of an item being voted on.

Council Highlights

Council Highlights provides a summary of key decisions from each meeting of Council. This section is updated approximately two weeks after each Council meeting.
