You have three ways to pay your violation – online, by mail or in person.

Pay your parking violation online using one of the following two options:

  • Make payments using a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit or debit card (industry processing fees apply).​
  • Pay from your bank account (electronic funds transfer) with no industry processing fees​.
  • Save your payment information to pay for other City services.

  • View, dispute or pay your parking violation online.
  • Make payments using a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Card (starting soon, an industry processing fee will be applied)​.

Do not send cash by mail.

If paying by cheque, write the Parking Violation number on the front of the cheque.

Payments must reach our office on or before the due date to avoid penalty charges. If mailing payment through Canada Post, allow for mail delivery time and send several days before the due date.

You can pay your parking violation by cash, cheque, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or debit card at one of our counter locations, at Civic Centres and City Hall. In-person payment for parking violations at Metro Hall is not available.

In-person disputes

The APS Dispute Offices at Metro Hall and North York Civic Centre will be available for in person meetings for those members of the public who cannot access our services online effective July 25, 2022 by appointment only. Screening Decisions will no longer be provided immediately after your meeting with a Screening Officer. To schedule an appointment, call the APS Inquiry Line at 416-396-4APS (4277).
