Toronto Parks, Forestry & Recreation permits are issued seasonally according to the Permit Allocation Policy and Ice Allocation Policy.
Seasonal and one-time bookings are available for rinks, pools, sports fields, stadiums, tennis courts, indoor gyms, room rentals, and allotment gardens. Tournaments are considered one-time bookings. Rates
Fill out the permit account and membership information forms and the seasonal or one-time use application and return them to a permit office.
Permits for wedding ceremonies & still photography, filming, picnics & social gatherings, fire pit & barbeques and bake ovens are considered spot bookings.
Spot rentals are booked and paid for over the phone using any major credit card. For information on availability and to make a spot booking, call 416-392-8188, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
If you are a non-commercial group to registered non-profit or charitable group and would like to plan a small to medium-sized event in a City of Toronto park, your first step is to fill out an application for a special event and a waste diversion plan, and send it to Toronto City Hall.
