Your first step is to call a customer service representative to set up an account with us. They will give you a Client and Family Number that you can use to Register Online, Touch Tone Registration (TTR), or In-Person. Your Client and Family Numbers are your account codes for Parks, Forestry and Recreation registered programs. You can use these numbers to register, check your account transactions, registration status, and to verify that your contact information is correct.
A Family Number, also called your PIN number, is set up as your shared family account number. You will need to select a primary contact for your family account; any mailings or communications related to your account will be sent to this contact.
A Client Number is unique to each individual in your family and will allow you to track account transactions for each family member individually.
Program registration priority is given to residents of the City of Toronto. Residents are people who live in Toronto or own a residential or business property located in the City of Toronto.
Visitors and non-residents are welcome in Toronto Parks, Forestry and Recreation programs. The following applies to non-residents for registered programs:
