Payment by telephone
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted through our Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) which is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week. You must have a touch tone telephone in order to access this payment option. The telephone number is 416-397-TAGS (8247).
Please be advised an administrative fee of $2.00 will be applied for each infraction paid through IVR and will be added to the amount charged to your credit card.

Peak times on the Interactive Voice Response System are 12 noon to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday. For quicker response on the Interactive Voice Response System for payments call after 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and weekends. Peak times on the Customer Service counter are 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
