How to change your address for parking ticket related trials

When completing the Notice of Intention to Appear, the Current Mailing Address is the address of the vehicle plate owner as indicated on the vehicle registration document.

If you have recently moved, you must change your address with the Ministry of Transportation within six days of moving. Visit the Ministry of Transportation to find out how to change your address.

If you are the vehicle owner and have changed your mailing address with the Ministry of Transportation, and have a parking ticket that you have disputed but have not yet received notice about the date of your trial, you will also need to change your mailing address with the City of Toronto Parking Ticket office so that any notices or decision documents are mailed to the correct address.

To change your address for a parking ticket related trial request, you must attend a Parking Ticket office location and complete a Notice of Intention to Appear form.  When you present the completed form to the Customer Service Representative, you will need to advise them that you are changing your address.  The staff member will take your completed form, update the system and provide you with a copy of the form for your records.
