Birchcliff Quarry Lands Study

Birchcliff Quarry Lands Study The City has initiated a planning study of the lands within the Birchcliff Community commonly referred to as the Quarry Lands. The Quarry Lands include about 20 hectares (49 acres) of land situated on the north side of Gerrard Street, south of the CN rail line, extending from Victoria Park Avenue east to Clonmore Drive. The Birchcliff Quarry Lands Study will examine the future use of the Quarry Lands in the context of the policies and directions of the City's new Official Plan.
