The
Niagara area, roughly bounded by Bathurst Street, King Street West,
Shaw Street and the CN Weston (Georgetown) rail corridor, is
experiencing significant incremental change, mostly through the
conversion of industrial buildings and lands to residential
developments. City Council has directed staff to review the built
form and density policies and the transportation requirements of the
area.

Prior to the hearing, if you have questions about the proposed changes to the zoning by-law, please contact the Niagara Team at: niagara@toronto.ca
One of the planners, urban designers and transportation engineers on the Team can answer your more detailed questions.
