If you have applied for a change to parking, a boulevard café, traffic calming, etc., here's what you can do to help get a good response rate for your poll.

Get the support of your neighbours before the polling process starts. To make sure everyone gets a ballot:

  1. Survey your neighbours
  2. Ask if their occupancy information is up-to-date with MPAC
  3. If there have been changes, direct them to www.mpac.ca to correct the information
  4. Ask your neighbours to watch for an envelope in the mail from the City Clerk's Office, marked "Ballot Enclosed"
