To authorize the sale of a one foot reserve strip abutting 1410 Eglinton Ave. W. Negotiations with the adjoining owner at 1410-1416 Eglinton Ave. W.

To obtain approval for the sale of a portion of the City-owned parcel of vacant land between 249 and 253 Waterloo Ave. Negotiations with the adjoining owner of 249 Waterloo Ave. have resulted in the Offer to Purchase that is being recommended for acceptance.

Weybourne Place

To initiate the process to permanently close and to authorize the General Manager of Transportation Services to give notice of a proposed by-law to close a portion of the public lane abutting the rear of 4 Vermont Avenue and to obtain approval for the sale of a portion of the public lane abutting the rear of 4 Vermont Avenue, conditional upon City Council approving the permanent closure of the lane.

To obtain approval for the sale to the adjoining owner of a stratified portion of the public lane located west of Yonge Street extending between Poyntz Avenue and Bogert Avenue, save and except the southerly 10 metres thereof, and a stratified portion of the vacant parcel of land on the east side of Beecroft Road, north of Poyntz Avenue, conditional upon City Council approving the permanent closure of the subject portion of the lane.
