The City of Toronto delivers a variety of services to seniors. The City's citizen-focused services are managed by two Deputy City Managers who report to the City Manager.
These services are divided into "hard" and "soft" services.
Consulting
The Toronto Seniors' Forum works to help ensure that Toronto meets its commitment to providing equitable services for seniors across Toronto. The Forum does this by consulting with seniors across the city on City services, and promoting open dialogue among seniors and organizations serving seniors. Any issue identified that has provincial or federal government implications will be presented to the Mayor through their contact on Council.
