Signs that the new by-law will regulate

The new Sign by-law for the City of Toronto will regulate permanent signs only, including signs that are free standing or attached to buildings.

The new sign by-law will also not regulate temporary or non permanent signs, traffic or directional signs, or other signs for public safety and awareness. Click here for more details on signs that will not be regulated by the new sign by-law.
