RSVP process

• Eligible restaurants will receive a notification letter to RSVP (register) for participation in the Summerlicious and Winterlicious promotions on pre-established registration dates.

• RSVP Dates for 2012 are as follows:

• Eligible restaurants must RSVP on a first come first served basis, by price point category, to secure a spot in the promotion. Past participation does not guarantee participation in future promotions.

• The overall number of spots and the number of spots per price category will be limited.  Capping the number of participants will ensure the success of the program through gradual growth and regulation of quality control.

• Restaurants that successfully secure a spot must pay a fee and sign an agreement guaranteeing they will adhere to all Winterlicious / Summerlicious Terms and Conditions and Requirements.
